Scratch Dashboard Terms of Use
Scope
Effective September 22, 2026. These terms govern authorized use of Scratch Dashboard, operated by Scratch Golf Club LLC. The application supports business advertising, reporting and connected operational workflows. It is not a public membership or booking service; separate club terms govern those services.
Authorized access and use
Use the application only if you are authorized to access the relevant business assets and information. You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, maintaining appropriate account permissions and following applicable laws and Meta’s terms and policies. Do not use the application for unauthorized access, deceptive advertising, unlawful processing, interference with security or disclosure of another person’s credentials.
Advertising and connected services
Changes to advertising, spending, messages and business records must be made under the applicable account owner’s authority. Integrations depend on third-party services, permissions, rate limits and review decisions. Availability, uninterrupted service, campaign approval and advertising results are not guaranteed. Access may be limited or suspended to protect systems, comply with requirements or address misuse.
Data and privacy
Our Scratch Dashboard Privacy Policy describes how application information is processed. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request deletion and revoke future access. You must have appropriate authority for information you provide or direct the application to process.

Questions about the application or these terms may be sent to tommy@scratchgc.com. We may update these terms as the application changes and will revise the effective date. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
