Scratch Dashboard Privacy Policy
Scope and operator
Effective September 22, 2026. Scratch Dashboard is a business application operated by Scratch Golf Club LLC to support its authorized advertising, reporting, customer inquiries and business operations. This policy covers information processed through Scratch Dashboard and its connected Meta integrations. It supplements, and does not replace, the separate privacy notices for club membership, bookings and our public website.
Information we process
Depending on the integrations and permissions in use, we process business and advertising account identifiers; Page and Instagram business profile information; campaigns, ad sets, ads and creative content; aggregate performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions; and lead-form responses such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and inquiry details. Authorized integrations may also process messages or Page engagement information needed to handle an inquiry. Access credentials and permission information support secure connections to these services.
Sources and purposes
Information comes from authorized Meta accounts and business assets, people who submit inquiries or interact with our business, and our connected business systems. We use it to manage advertising and creative assets, measure performance, respond to inquiries, maintain customer records, support authorized follow-up and business workflows, troubleshoot integrations and protect our systems. We do not use access to an account as permission to manage unrelated business assets.
Service providers and disclosures
Authorized staff and service providers may process information as needed for these purposes, including hosting, database, CRM, communications, analytics and automation providers. Our workflows may involve AI-assisted processing through service providers. Relevant data may be shared with Meta and connected business services when carrying out an authorized integration. We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in a business transaction subject to applicable protections.
Storage, security and retention
Information may be stored in our business databases, local operational systems, reports and connected service providers. We use access controls and protected credentials to restrict access; no system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as needed for the purposes described here, applicable legal obligations, resolving disputes and protecting our systems. Retention depends on the record and purpose. Deletion requests are reviewed across relevant active systems; backup copies may remain until their normal expiry and are not used for ordinary business processing.
Your choices and deletion
You may request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you by emailing tommy@scratchgc.com. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and locate your records, but do not send passwords or access tokens. Authorized account administrators can also revoke the app’s access using Meta’s business integration or app settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove records already stored by us. See the Data Deletion Instructions linked below for the request process.
International processing and other services
We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable requirements. Meta and other connected services have their own privacy policies. A request to Scratch covers records under our control; it does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or records controlled independently by Meta.
Children, updates and contact
Scratch Dashboard is intended for authorized business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect information through this app from children under 13. Contact us if you believe such information was provided. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do.
