Scratch Dashboard Data Deletion Instructions
Request deletion
Email tommy@scratchgc.com with the subject “Scratch Dashboard data deletion request.” Tell us the email address or phone number used in your inquiry, or identify the connected business account or Page if your request concerns business integration data. Include only information needed to locate the records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
What happens next
Our team will review your request, verify your identity or authority where necessary, locate relevant information and delete or de-identify information under our control unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes, explain any information we need from you and confirm the outcome. If we must retain certain records, we will explain the reason where legally permitted. Requests concerning a business account must come from an authorized representative.
Connected systems and backups
A request may involve our application records, lead records, reports and relevant connected service providers. Backup copies may remain until their normal expiry and are not used for ordinary business processing. This request does not delete your Meta account, content controlled independently by Meta, or records that another organization controls. Revoking app access is not a substitute for requesting deletion of information already stored.
Revoke future app access
An authorized administrator may remove Scratch Dashboard or its assigned access in the relevant Meta business integration or app settings. This stops the app’s future access to the assets for which permission is removed. You can request deletion separately using the email above.
