Scratch Golf Club offers fully private indoor golf events at Downtown Dallas, Inwood and Plano. Bring your company, clients or friends together around Trackman golf simulators, with the club reserved for your group during your confirmed event window. These are private club buyouts—not semi-private sections of a shared venue.
Choose a location, tell us your guest count and preferred date, and request an event. The team will confirm the right venue fit, availability and event details before a booking is finalized.
Share a few details and we’ll help plan your private event. This is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation.

Is the event fully private?
Yes. Scratch private events are planned as full-club buyouts at your selected location during the confirmed event window. We do not offer a semi-private event option.
How many guests can I bring?
Select your estimated guest range in the inquiry form. Capacity depends on the location and event setup and must be confirmed by the team. The 100+ inquiry option is not a guarantee that a location can accommodate that number.
Are food and drinks included?
Food and beverage arrangements are confirmed individually. Do not assume catering, alcohol or bar service is included; discuss your plans with the team before booking.
What times can I request?
The form lets you request start and end times from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM in 30-minute increments, in Dallas–Fort Worth local time. These are requested times, not guaranteed event availability. Member access hours do not determine private-event availability.
How do I get pricing and book?
Choose Downtown, Inwood or Plano and share your guest estimate, requested hours, preferred date, times and contact details. The team will confirm availability and provide event-specific pricing. An inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
